Curry leaves










 Curry leaves🌿

These are the foliage of the curry tree (Murraya koenigii). 

This tree is used for both medicinal & culinary applications. 

Leaves have an aromatic flavour so, are widely used in the Indian recipes.  

Researches have  consuming them may help improve antioxidant defenses in your body. Hence improves our immune system. 


🌿Have antioxidants that protect the body cells by reducing oxidative stress.

-Rich in protective plant substances, such as alkaloids, glycosides, and phenolic compounds.


🌿Contain many compounds like linalool, alpha-terpinene, myrcene, mahanimbine, caryophyllene, murrayanol, and alpha-pinene which act as antioxidants.
