You reap!! What you Plant!!

 

A successful business man was growing old and knew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business.
Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children, he decided to do something different.

He called all the young executives in his company together.
He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO. I have decided to choose one of you.. "The young executives were Shocked.

Boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you.
I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one
I choose will be the next CEO."
One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed.. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow.
Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew.
Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing.
By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a FAILURE.
Six months went by -- still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed.  Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however, he just kept watering and fertilizing the soil.
A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection.
Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot.

But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sick to his stomach, it was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right.

He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was amazed at
the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful -- in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed, a few felt sorry for him!
When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives.
Jim just tried to hide in the back. 

"My, what great plants, trees and flowers you have grown," said the CEO. 

"Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!"
CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered  Jim to be in front..Jim was terrified.

He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!"
The CEO asked him what had happened to his seed - Jim told him the story.
The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives, 

"Behold your next Chief Executive Officer!
His name is Jim!" Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed.
"How could he be the new CEO?" others asked.
CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone-a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow.
Except Jim, All of you,when found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed. You all bought up beautiful plant.

Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the New Chief Executive Officer!"

If you plant honesty, you will reap trust
If you plant goodness, you will reap friends
If you plant humanity, you will reap greatness
If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment
If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective
If you plant hard work, you will reap success 

If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine what you will reap later.

One of the most undesired thing in life is Addiction. All of us are addicted to one or other thing.Sometimes we even get addicted to convenience. We accept whatever is easily achievable in life.We even stop searching for anything better.. Leave all to the destiny with a hope.

Superspecialized & Pivot Role-THE HOMEMAKER . It's a matter of Pride!

We often talk about women's liberalization & equality. Thus to provide women better education & job opportunities, they are given reservation. This made them-self reliant, confident and economically independent. But does it really help to fight back women exploitation? Has this given her moral support & emotional security?

If we see other side of the coin...
Modern woman is being rather sandwiched between the dual responsibilities. She is being dragged by the over demanding goals as a home-maker and a professional. Work related stress, burnouts, mental exhaustion and molestations are never a deniable aspect in this competitive world. What does she gets in return? Isn’t she really being exploited NOW?

 Do we feel that real needy girls are able to grab these jobs? Sincerely speaking it’s not the case.

Girls with high status family background, girls who are manipulative , who are ready to compromise a lot have better chances of grabbing jobs than those who are well qualified, needy and more deserving.

Don’t you think this is reducing the job opportunities for more needy males and creating job scarcity in a society with a grave problem of Unemployment? Aren’t males still the BREAD EARNER, who contribute major part of their income to sustain a family?

Hope you won’t disagree if I say that a girl’s income is being mostly spent on luxuries than on necessities. This extravagance & high purchasing power of few leads to inflation in market and contributes to dissatisfaction and frustration of many have-nots in society.

Resultant is that more girls are being compelled to grab a job of any kind & at any cost to maintain the so called “standard of living” rather the “standard of show-off.”

Most of them want to work either because of social pressure or because it’s today’s trend.

   Can I ask why?  Is this only ultimate motive of being educated? Or is this a way to prove ourselves liberal & civilized, or it’s a disguised way to get dowry in instalments by marrying a working women ?

Do we really want that girls should be independent? 
OK  fine, if girls feel independent & equal to man.

If they are equal then why they want RESERVATION? Why they want to leave office earlier to reach home early? Why want posting in home town? Why rebates in taxation?

Then where goes their big fat "Ego"? Where disappears the "feeling of disgrace to be called different from male counterparts", when they beg for favours because they are weak & delicate..?Isn’t this a PARADOX?

Why can’t a well qualified lady accept the PIVOT role in society of being a HOME-MAKER? Why this role is being looked down?

Is it just because she doesn’t earn name, fame & money in terms of cash: formally?

I’m not against girl’s jobs but do wives of bureaucrats & businessman need to work? They work to kill there boredom? They want themselves to be busy outside home..Why?Is being complementary to man so disgraceful?Is working in a team called Family so uninteresting? Is there nothing to be done at home? Are household jobs so down trodden?

 As a Home-Maker a lady contributes a lot to society. She adds to family’s REAL-INCOME: i.e. the money that she saves due to her contribution as work. She can prevent phenomena of broken homes, juvenile delinquency, crimes, distress, suicides & episodes of depression. She can provide a healthy atmosphere at home to enhance the work efficiency of family members, she transmits our heritage – the culture-to young-ones, she socializes human infant into responsible future citizen.
HER specialized work area can’t be overlooked & ignored.
Her contribution can not be underestimated.

It’s Matter of appreciation & proud to be a Successful Home Maker!

Really try once you would get lot of satisfaction while fulfilling the demands of family members. All boredom would disappear..!

The road has finally come to an end for the humble 25 paise coin. The Reserve Bank of India is withdrawing from circulation coins of 25 paise and below from June 30, 2011. Coins of denomination of 25 paise and below will not be accepted for exchange at the bank branches from July 1, 2011 onwards. 

We trace the history of the 25 paise coin from the British era to contemporary India. 

 

The first of the quarter rupee coins were issued in India during the reign of William IV. The coins were made of silver.

The longest reigning monarch of the United Kingdom, Queen Victoria also held the title of the Empress of India. During her reign a number of quarter rupee coins were issued. Soon after her ascent to the throne, a silver quarter rupee coin was issued in India. The coins featured the bust of a young Queen Victoria. She was made the queen soon after her 18th birthday

 

The coins issued later in Queen Victoria's reign had a more mature looking bust of the queen. The one-fourth rupee coins were made of silver.

 

While Queen Victoria was adding to her years in real life, she also put in a bit of weight on the her image on the coins.

 

The new century also witnessed a change on the British monarchy. Following the death of his mother Queen Victoria, Edward VII was crowned as the King of the United Kingdom and also as the Emperor of India. All new coins issued during the time bore his name and face.

 

A new design of coins were introduced in 1919 that sought to replace the existing silver quarter rupee coins. The new equivalent of the quarter rupee coin was the 4 aana coin, that was made from cupro-nickel instead of silver. The rising silver prices following the First World War necessitated this change. These coins had the effigy of King George V.

 

:George V was crowned the King in 1910. He was also the first reigning British Monarch to tour India. The 4 aana coins introduced in 1919 didn't gain popularity and soon the quarter rupee coins had to be brought back

 

King George VI was the last of the British monarchs to rule over India. His predecessor Edward VIII abdicated the throne in order to marry divorced American socialite Wallis Simpson. There were no coins issued for Edward VIII. While coins of other denominations went for a design change, the quarter rupee coins continued, with only a new monarch replacing the old

 

Following the Independence of India the currency system continued with the British series of coins till the establishment of the Indian Republic. The first coins of independent India were introduced on August 15, 1950 and it included the quarter rupee coin made of nickel. The coins had the words 'char aana' embossed in Devnagri script and had the Ashoka Emblem on one side.

 

Another major landmark in the history of the 25 paise coin happened following the introduction of the decimal series in accordance with the Indian Coinage Act that came into force from April 1, 1957. The 19 mm 25 paise coins were called '25 naye paise'. The tern 'naye paise' was used for wider public recognition of the new coinage system and was discontinued from June 1, 1964 when the term 'naye' was dropped. The coins weighed 5 grams and were made of nickel.

 

By the late 1960s, Indians had become used to the new coinage system. The text 'rupaiye ka chautha bhag' (one fourth of a rupee) was also replaced by 25 paise. While other coins of lower denominations underwent a major change and moved to aluminium, the 25 paise coin didn't change much.

 

In 1988 the 25 paisa coin went steel and was made of ferratic stainless steel. It was a little heavier than its predecessor at 2.83 grams but was of the same size. The last 25 paise coins seen in popular circulation were minted in the year 2002. Late 1980s to the

 

In July 2010 the Government of India unveiled the new symbol for the Indian Rupee and designer D Udaya Kumar also designed a new symbol for the paise. But with the 25 paise going out of circulation we are unlikely to see the image above anywhere.

"Kya chvanni chhaap shabd ne unhe itna hila diya ki unhone 25 paise ya chavanni ka itihaas aur sab achhe vyaktitvon ki tarah mita diya?" Humn..? A Daughter, A Tree and A Teacher

I was delighted to learn that many of tweeeples liked my tweet regarding planting trees on birth of a daughter. Your interest in conserving ecology is welcome. Looking to your interest, I would like to share with you a tip to conserve our most precious resource viz. water while doing farming/gardening.

All you need to do is take an unglazed clay pot (matka) and place it underground, parallel to the roots of the plant or small trees. Fill it with water, cover it with the lid and cover the place. For about a week, you do not need to water the plant again. The pot will act as a natural drip irrigation vehicle. Please remember, you do not need to make holes in the matka. And if you wish to have a better result, then fill the pot with soiled water that is left out after washing of utensils. This method is already practised in some parts of Gujarat. Friends, such small acts can one day sum up into a great deed, if we make them a part of our various resolutions.

I am also reminded of another heart touching incident that someone narrated to me in his letter. This took place in a village somewhere in Veraval region of Saurashtra. He wrote about a unique experiment by a teacher of the school for growing trees. Since that it is a water scarce area, it was impossible to get water for trees. The teacher therefore asked the students to bring soiled water left out after washing of utensils at home. Each student would carry a bottle of soiled water from home daily. The students were then asked to water the plants with the soiled water. As days passed, the students and school officials had a lush green garden before themselves! Thus a teacher’s small initiative created a green island in a dry and barren area, that too with waste water. In the process, he also taught the kids to make friends with Mother Nature. I was quite touched with this; hope you too will.

Please share such tips and experiments for conserving ecology, let’s all do our bit.

मुझे जानकर आनंद हुआ कि बेटी के जन्म पर एक वृक्ष बोना चाहिए, मेरी यह ट्विट कई लोगों को पसन्द आई। पर्यावरण की रक्षा के लिए उनमें दिलचस्पी है, यह बात सराहनीय है। आपको इस बात में दिलचस्पी है तो चलिए मैं आपको बागवानी या खेती करते समय पानी की बचत करने के बारे में एक बढि़या टिप देता हूं।

ग्लेज किए बिना का एक मटका लीजिए। इसमें पानी भरकर ढंक दीजिए और इसे वृक्ष की जड़ के पास जमीन के भीतर रख दीजिए। एकाध सप्ताह तक आपको पौधे में पानी डालने की आवश्यकता नहीं रहेगी। मटका टपक सिंचाई के एक साधन के रूप में काम करेगा।

याद रखिए, आपको मटके में छेद करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, और इससे ज्यादा अच्छा परिणाम हासिल करना हो तो मिट्टी से बर्तन मांजने के बाद जो पानी बचा हो उसे मटके में भर दो। इस पद्घति का उपयोग गुजरात के कई भागों में होता है। अगर हम संकल्प करें तो इतना छोटा काम भी बड़ा परिणाम दे सकता है।

मुझे एक दूसरा हृदयस्पर्शी मौका याद आता है। किसी ने मुझे एक बार पत्र लिखकर यह घटना बतलाई थी। घटना है सौराष्ट्र के वेरावल के नजदीक के एक गांव की। गांव की एक शाला के शिक्षक और विद्यार्थियों के द्वारा वृक्ष बोने के लिए एक अनोखा प्रयोग किया गया। क्षेत्र में पानी की कमी थी इसलिए वहां वृक्षों के लिए पानी हासिल करना भी एक समस्या था। इसलिए शिक्षक ने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि उनकी माता मिट्टी से बर्तन मांज ले, उसके बाद वह मिट्टी वाला पानी बोतल में भरकर ले आएं।

प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी रोजाना मिट्टी वाला पानी बोतल में घर से भर कर लाता । शिक्षक ने विद्यार्थियों को यह पानी वृक्षों को पिलाने के लिए कहा। दिन बीतते गए और शाला के सामने एक हरा-भरा बगीचा तैयार हो गया। एक शिक्षक के छोटे से प्रयोग ने अनुपयोगी पानी के उपयोग से सूखे क्षेत्र में हरियाली बिखेर दी। और तो और इस प्रयोग के माध्यम से शिक्षक ने विद्यार्थियों को प्रकृति माता के साथ मित्रता करना भी सिखा दिया। मुझे इस घटना ने छू लिया। आशा है कि आपको भी छुएगी।

पर्यावरण की रक्षा के लिए इस प्रकार की टिप्स और प्रयोगों की जानकारी एक दुसरे को देते रहिये।चलिए, हम सभी पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा में अपना योगदान दें।

મને જાણીને આનંદ થયો કે દિકરીનાં જનમ પર એક વૃક્ષ વાવવું જોઈએ એવી મારી ટ્વીટ ઘણા લોકોને પસંદ પડી. પર્યાવરણની રક્ષા માટે તમને રસ પડે છે એ વાત સરાહનીય છે. તમને આ બાબતમાં રસ પડે છે તો ચાલો હું તમને બાગકામ કે ખેતકામ કરતી વખતે પાણીની બચત કેવી રીતે થઈ શકે તે અંગેની એક સરસ ટીપ આપું.

ગ્લેઝ કર્યા વિનાનું એક માટલું લો, તેમાં પાણી ભરીને ઢાંકી દઈને તેને વૃક્ષ કે છોડનાં મૂળિયા પાસે જમીનની અંદર મૂકી દો. એકાદ અઠવાડિયા સુધી તમારે છોડને પાણી પાવાની જરૂર નહિ રહે. માટલું ટપક સિંચાઈનાં એક સાધન તરીકે કામ કરશે. યાદ રાખો, તમારે માટલામાં કાણા પાડવાની જરૂર નથી. અને હજી વધારે સારું પરિણામ મેળવવું હોય તો માટીથી વાસણ ઘસ્યા બાદ જે પાણી વધ્યું હોય તે પાણી માટલામાં ભરી દો. આ પધ્ધતિનો ઉપયોગ ગુજરાતનાં ઘણા ભાગોમાં થાય છે. જો આપણે સંકલ્પ કરીએ તો આટલું નાનું કામ ઘણું મોટું પરિણામ આપી જાય છે.

મને એક બીજો હ્રદયસ્પર્શી પ્રસંગ યાદ આવે છે. કોઈકે એકવાર મને પત્ર લખીને આ પ્રસંગ જણાવ્યો હતો. પ્રસંગ છે સૌરાષ્ટ્રનાં વેરાવળ નજીકનાં એક ગામનો. ગામની એક શાળાનાં શિક્ષક અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દ્વારા વૃક્ષો વાવવા માટે એક અનોખો પ્રયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. વિસ્તારમાં પાણીની અછત હતી એટલે ત્યાં વૃક્ષો માટે પાણી મેળવવાનો પ્રશ્ન હતો. એટલે શિક્ષકે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને તેમની માતા માટીથી વાસણો ઘસી લે પછી તે માટીવાળુ પાણી એક બોટલમાં ભરી લાવવાનું કહ્યું. પ્રત્યેક વિદ્યાર્થી દરરોજ માટીનાં પાણીવાળી એક બોટલ ઘેરથી લઈ આવવા માંડ્યો. શિક્ષકે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આ જ પાણી ઝાડને પીવડાવવા માટે કહ્યું. દિવસો વીતતા ગયા અને શાળાની સામે એક લીલોછમ બગીચો તૈયાર થઈ ગયો. એક શિક્ષકનાં નાનકડા પ્રયોગે નકામા પાણીનાં ઉપયોગથી સૂકા પ્રદેશમાં હરિયાળી લાવી દીધી અને વળી આ પ્રયોગનાં માધ્યમથી શિક્ષકે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રકૃતિમાતા સાથે મિત્રતા કેળવવાનું પણ શીખવી દીધું. મને આ ઘટના ઘણી સ્પર્શી ગઈ. આશા છે કે તમને પણ એ સ્પર્શી જશે.

પર્યાવરણની રક્ષા માટે આ પ્રકારની ટીપ્સ અને પ્રયોગોની જાણકારી પરસ્પર આપતા રહીએ. ચાલો આપણે સૌ પર્યાવરણની જાળવણીમાં આપણો ફાળો આપીએ.

The Nagarwala case

Jimmy Nagarwala was employed with the research and analysis wing of the cabinet secretariat. He rang up the chief cashier of State Bank of India, Parliament Street branch, To tell to keep Rs 60 lac in cash ready. He had imitated the voice of Indira Gandhi and told him or so Mr.VK Malhotra, the chief cashier, told the police. A part of the contingency funds available to Prime Minister was kept with this SBI Branch. Nagarwala reached the Bank, collected  the cash and then vanished into thin air. Cashier Malhotra panicked and rushed to PMO, police was sent on the Nagarwala trail. The police nabbed him a short while later from a Dharmshala. But he did not have the cash that he had collected earlier in the same day.

The unorthodox withdrawal of such a huge sum triggered off a huge din. Indira had to answer to several embarrassing questions, She had few answers to convince an excited opposition. Nagarwala was subsequently lodged in Tihar Jail. He was to complain of a certain uneasiness, but by the time medical assistance could reach him, it was too late. Nagarwala died mysteriously in Jail.  

A few month before his  mysterious death, he had faced an attack from unidentified assailants while he was with his family in his car. Such questions are still unanswered.

The MYSTERY further compounded when VK Malhotra ; the same cashier involved in above case. After he retired from SBI he was hired as Chief Accounts Officer by MARUTI UDYOG! The same dream project of Sanjay Gandhi…

The Maruti Land Scandal

An auto-mobile repairs shop owner Arjun Das met Sanjay accidentally Gandhi who was then chasing the dream of manufacturing a people’s car. Das was allotted prime Land adjoining an IAF establishment in Gurgaon astride the Delhi Airport. The transaction violated security requirements because the new factory was sought to be premised closed to a defence establishment. The debate also focused on the fact that Sanjay Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi were directors in The UNITED PROVINCE ROAD ROLLER MANUFACTURING COMPANY founded by someone with suspect credentials. The company had made only 1 road roller but had had sold scores of road rollers to the Border Roads Construction Corporation, a public sector unit owned by the Indian Government. The company had collected money but had never dispatched a single road roller. It had receipts from the railways of having loaded the roads rollers in wagons that never reached their destinations. We are purchasing technology from France for Uranium based Nuclear Power Plants ! 

Do we really need Uranium Based nuclear power plants at Jaitapur?

We don’t have good deposits of Uranium but we have deposits of Thorium. Then why not Thorium????

Secondly, The nuclear reactor that we are heading towards would be made on High risk EARTH QUAKE PRONE LAND. (Greenpeace is also protesting the plan, arguing that the proposed site is in an "extremely risky" earthquake zone.)

What is the Government's strategy then?

They don’t understand the scientific aspect of their policies OR Are they busy shaking hands with Foreigners by being great markets to them..

After US President OBAMA; now French president SARKOZY is busy filling his wish bag with business & job opportunities provided by India to his people..

Serious issue is- that Indian Govt. wouldn’t stop there. China & Russia are in a queue to exploit Indian market after USA & France… 

(Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev are also scheduled to visit New Delhi this month.)

Why don’t we work on the idea given 5 years back; by our Great scientist & then President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam??

We have enormous scope to be energy Independent.. If we see too these areas..

NUCLEAR POWER

It is essential to pursue the development of nuclear power using Thorium, reserves of which are higher in the country . Technology development has to be accelerated for Thorium based reactors since the raw material for Thorium is abundantly available in our country. For  Uranium as raw material we will be mostly dependent on others..

"But Thorium dependency is on our own mother land once it is developed."

SOLAR ENERGY

India has abundant sunshine in whole of western region… Solar energy generation could be a better option to put resource in to become energy efficient..

Dr. Kalam said “Solar energy in particular requires unique, massive applications in the agricultural sector, where farmers need electricity exclusively in the daytime. This could be the primary demand driver for solar energy. Our farmers demand for electric power today is significantly high to make solar energy economical in large scale.
The current high capital costs of solar power stations can be reduced by grid-locked 100 MW sized Very Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic (VLSPV) or Solar Thermal Power Stations. In the very near future, breakthroughs in nanotechnologies promise significant increase in solar cell efficiencies from current 15% values to over 50% levels. These would in turn reduce the cost of solar energy production. Our science laboratories should mount a R&D Programme for developing high efficiency CNT based Photo Voltaic Cells.
In the Power generation Sector of the energy economy, we need to fully use the technologies now available for generating power from municipal waste. Studies indicate that as much as 5800 MW of power can be generated by setting up 900 electric power plants spread over in different parts of the country which can be fuelled by municipal waste.

The electric power generation and creation of clean environment are the twin advantages.

 
BIOFUELS
We have nearly 60 million hectares of wasteland, of which 30 million hectares are available for energy plantations like "Jatropha". Once grown, the crop has a life of 50 years. Each acre will produce about 2 tonnes of bio-diesel at about Rs. 20-30 per litre. Biodiesel is carbon neutral and many valuable by-products flow from this agro-industry.

This needs to be a urgent R&D programme. India has a potential to produce nearly 60 million tones of bio-fuel annually, Indian Railways has already taken a significant step of running passenger trains with a 5% blend of bio-fuel sourced from its in-house esterification plants.

What is needed is a full economic chain from farming, harvesting, and extraction to esterification, blending and marketing. Apart from employment generation, bio-fuel has a significant potential to lead our country towards energy independence.
We need to develop R&D in way to produce energy from our rich thorium deposits in future to be energy independent.

HYDRO POWER

Instead of thinking on interlinking of rivers only at times of flood and drought, we must start this programme with a great sense of urgency. It has the promise of freeing the country from the endless cycle of floods and droughts. Also, it will provide a new renewable source of energy.

Use our own resources to be ENERGY INDEPENDENT BY YEAR 2030 !!!!! 

We shouldn’t give message to Foreigners that - if you favour us with a single sentence on UN security councils' membership for India.. “We are open because of our short sightedness & ignorance…Come exploit us !!” "We are easy prey & market for you…”"Come to India, enjoy great Indian hospitality & As souvenir- fill your bags with lots of business & job opportunities..

No way!! 

Stop Government from doing that.!! 

We are spending billions of Dollars as well as we are becoming a prey to Foreigners.

Create a public opinion. AGAINST SUCH AGREEMENTS!!

Are we Nurturing Human Infants into unemotional Robots????

Aren’t we encountering with a typical society which hasn’t changed in terms of being socialized?   

A society which is creating disinterested,   self-centred, egoistic individuals with "Let it be attitude "

Both parents are busy like west,in achieving their career threshold.Children are being groomed by themselves.

Its mere matter of SERENDIPITY-what type of citizen will society achieve in future. 
Mom is away & maid has taken her place. Child is learning what maid feels is right.  From their childhood children learn bossing over elders (servant). Is this an age to teach child the distinction of classes?

We wanted literate mother with hypothesis that an Educated lady Educates home. So, now we need to educate Maids not Mothers. Is today's mom there to educate her child or she is busy earning name, money, fame & identity? Does she have time to see to child’s emotional and little requirements?

Love or "Mamta" what we call is more superficial. It is being discussed in Kitty parties & office pantry. Girls read books on happy parenting... but not see back into past, to find what their moms did.  
Child is being rushed to a psychiatrist to give him Kangaroo Therapy or the Hug Therapy to give him emotional security but Mom won't hug him right with her own arms. Aren't we crazy?
Most parent count on money they have spent on their child but not time. Child has most of toys but no one to play with them.
Would be there an emotional bonding between parents and child???

Children sit idle killing their time in front of television, watching daily soap operas which portray relations based mainly on greed for Money,strive for Power & Sex. No logic behind it, no reality of life.
What "Sanskars" are we providing?
Making the situation worse the reality shows are adding to the expectations from child. More & more competition has overburdened the child’s mind. Most parents want their child to be at top as ALL-ROUNDER , a SUPER HUMAN! What about average children? Aren’t their little achievements over shadowed by our over demanding nature?

On education front nothing useful is being taught. Most youngsters find it embarrassing, when they have to use there mother tongue- "THE MATRIBHASHA". It’s fashion to speak broken Hindi to show you are modern & literate. Isn’t it shameful for us? 
Children busy cramming lesson from "Modern passbooks" which we often call the study material or a "Refresher"! 

Is this an education which is required to create a responsible citizen?
Most of us are merely literate. We aren't including much, what we have read into our lives or attitude. Why can’t we educate our youngsters & ourselves?

Weren’t we happy with our Indian hierarchial set-up of society & type of work division,amongst sexes? Where parents were rearing & nurturing their child very nicely.With little earning in terms of money & more in terms of emotions!

Where is that WE FEELING?For whom, are we putting,our efforts?What type of NEW generation, is ought to be there?What will we do with money? Only,we can gather a crowd around ourselves,on which we can never rely.

Is Career,Academics & Economic achievements are above all Social living?
WAS THIS INDIAN CULTURE? A culture which has always amused & attracted the attention of WEST.. Why are we copying losers of west...?

WAS THIS THE AIM OF LIBERALIZATION OF WOMEN?   

IS THIS A CREATION OF NEW WORLD or DISINTEGRATION OF "FAMILY"-THE BASIC UNIT OF SOCIETY???

Think aren’t we ourselves creating a world without emotions?
Are we not turning HUMAN INFANTS into an unemotional ROBOT with high output?

We have been best on emotional front & should be so for eras to come..!

Once,A little girl and her father were walking on beach. 

The father was kind of scared so he asked his little daughter, "Sweetheart, please hold my hand so that you don’t slip into the sea.”

The little girl said, "No, Dad. You hold my hand."

                                              "What’s the difference?" Asked the puzzled father…

"There’s a big difference," replied the little girl.

"If I hold your hand and something happens to me, chances are that I may let your hand go.

But if you hold my hand, I know for sure that no matter what happens, you will never let my hand go."

  In any relationship,The essence of trust is not in its bind, but in its bond. 

So,Always hold the hand of the person whom you love rather than expecting them to hold yours … 

Avoid your ego.. Go ahead & hold tight your loved ones hand.
This would be better way to keep them away from crisis situations!

The Club-99! Are you it's member?Not yet- time to find the key to happiness!

There lived a King who, despite his luxurious lifestyle, was neither happy nor content.

Once the King came upon a servant who was singing happily while he worked. This fascinated the King. Why was he, the Supreme Ruler of the Land, unhappy and gloomy, while a lowly servant had so much joy? 

The King asked the servant, "Why are you so happy?" 

Man replied, "Your Majesty, I am nothing but a servant. My family and I don’t need too much! – just a roof over our heads and warm food to fill our tummies." 

The king was not satisfied with that reply, he sought the advice of his most trusted advisor.

After hearing the King’s woes and the servant’s story, the advisor said, "Your Majesty, I believe that the servant has not been made part of The 99 Club." 

"The 99 Club? And what exactly is that?" 

Advisor replied, "Your Majesty, to truly know what The 99 Club is, place 99 Gold coins in a bag and leave it at this servant’s doorstep." 

So did the king do...

When the servant saw the bag, he took it into his house. He opened the bag, he let out a great shout of joy…  

So many gold coins!  

He began to count them. After several counts, he was at last convinced that there were 99 coins. He wondered, "What could've happened to that last gold coin? Surely, no one would leave 99 coins!" He looked everywhere he could, but that final coin was elusive. 

Finally, exhausted, he decided that he was going to have to work harder than ever to earn that gold coin and complete his collection.

From that day, the servant’s life was changed. He was overworked, horribly grumpy, and castigated his family for not helping him make that 100th gold coin. He stopped singing while he worked.

Witnessing this drastic transformation, the King was again puzzled. 

He sought his advisor’s help.

The advisor said, "Your Majesty, the servant has now officially joined The 99 Club." 

He continued, "The 99 Club is a name given to those people who have enough to be happy but are never content, because they're always yearning and striving for that extra 1 telling to themselves: "Let me get that one final thing and then I will be happy for life."

We can be happy, even with very little in our lives, but the minute we're given something bigger and better, we want even more! We lose our sleep, our happiness, we hurt the people around us, all these as a price for our growing needs and desires.
That’s what is called joining The 99 Club!
