HAPPINESS !!

Today I seek answers to my trivial questions..
What is happiness & how we achieve this Happiness?
Ans-"Happiness is positive mental state of zeal n enthusiasm acquired by achieving something that men desires in life."
Are we Happy?
Most of us would say “YES we are..”
Say, if we can’t achieve what we want in life…Then what would be our answer to Are you Happy? Yes or No?
Majority answer will be NO.
Most feel unhappy not because we lost the aim; but because our efforts made in direction to achieve that goal are wasted. The answer is appropriate if we see world/life superficially.
Above analysis points out- "achieving “end product” is the way to achieve happiness."
Does life really works as a chemical reaction??
Have you ever looked up to life with altogether different perspective?
Not yet then do it…
Is getting something as end product is always aim in life? Say, if it is so-
In our daily chores, we set thousands of goals. Achieve few & miss some.
If post setting a goal only END PRODUCT or reaching the goal make us happy then Unhappiness will be always encircling us…Simple reason, everyone can’t achieve everything they aspire in this world..
This implies- Surely, end product/Achieving AIM can’t be a key to happiness.
Then what next-Goals are motivator,we all agree…
But the above analysis indicates-that setting goals may be a motivator for sometime,
but can be key to unhappiness if we fail.
Now what should be done? Should we stop setting goals?
This isn’t possible. Certain goals & aims make life meaningful. Goals add dynamics to life.
But how can we be sure that, we are going to achieve whatever we dreamt of??
So, Is being HAPPY is matter of serendipity..?
Shall we say Being Happy is not in our hands??
There no key to HAPPINESS? This we can’t do..
Then what can be the key..
The best answer I could find by introspection- I’m sharing with you.
Let’s seek happiness in some other form.
Look at the happiness & satisfaction that we achieve
-While putting in efforts to reach our set Goal,
-When we successfully resolve problems & overcome difficulties.
-When we are able appreciate new things learnt, at the end of the day.
-When we are able acknowledge, our own potential of reaching this far.
-When we learn to appreciate whatever we achieve, during the struggle to get to our aim-may be knowledge,  experience or some memorable moments in life.
-When, we come across, something that gave us a reason to smile.
-When our small deed helps in flashing a smile on someone’s face
-When, we can be helpful to someone, who just needs proximity & moral support.
-When we know that we are making a positive effort, may be on a slower pace.
-When we feel, we are able to contribute, our share in this world, may it be, tinniest share of our exclusive individual personality.
-When we are able to uphold our head high & look the world with fearless guiltless eyes...
-When we can look into mirror & can find that our face still has some grace, innocence & confidence left, irrespective of Success or failure we met in life...
-When we stand in front of God in a temple and we have nothing big to confess.
When we can believe God’s blessings will be with us always because knowingly we never committed a sin & always tried to inculcated virtues in our conduct/life.
-When we can dare to accept whatever we do or say. This is the courage; we derive; only after passing through numerous tests of nature/destiny...
Sure, none is born saint... But ya, during the journey called “life”. We all can grow up in wisdom & spirituality...
I’m not saying Someone who can give up things easily, who is a looser would be happy.
But yes someone who learns to accept life as it comes to them is Happy.
Make full efforts to achieve Set goals. Utilize right means & Follow right path. Your faith will win one day. Try once… Leave a little bit to destiny too... Sometimes something’s are not meant to happen in this world. If you fail never give up.. Start afresh.. But we shouldn’t leave morals, values & virtues in race of achieving goals.
Once we learn deriving pleasures out of trivial things & events.
We find the key to happiness. Yes this is the KEY TO HAPPNESS..
 It’s in our hands…
Happiness always knocks the door when you are busy with lots of things & not seeking for it any more.
All incidence, circumstances & persons contribute something to our life.
They are introduced by God to make us learn what LIFE really is.
Even in darkest of dark time there is something to smile for. Try to find that smile.
Gather many beautiful happy pictures of today.
Trust me-They would enlighten the walls of your memory lane someday.
Failures help us choose our strategy & find real friends. They built up our unique personality. We must celebrate little achievements of life.
Often look back onto places where we slipped badly to find the causative factor. Never regret of your voluntary & positive acts.
Always be happy for, At least we had a chance to try!
Let success come its own way... Motives don't bring happiness...
Be contented but never inactive...
Plan, Work hard & stop worrying about the results/End products! Don’t get driven by the pressures of life.. Choose & do whatever you find best; whatever your soul permits you to do.
Try & be a SOURCE not a receptor of happiness…
Life is really admirable!!

Voter's Day!!

The Union Cabinet declared  25th January every year as the “National Voters’ Day” beginning from year 2011 and they approved to provide voters a badge with its logo and the slogan

“Proud to be a voter – Ready to vote”.

Many Questions arise-

  • Do we as Voters, know our duties & rights?
  • Do we ever read the manifesto of parties before going to cast our Vote?
  • Do we really know much about the candidate whom we are going to Vote for??
Majority answers to all the above question would be negation & nothing more..
Manesfesto- the declairation & the promises made by various parties to lure voters..
  • Do these promise see the real sunshine any day, during the tenure of that party, if it comes in power?
Again answer will be No...
We as Voters know well, politicians are befooling us..

Then Why don't we ask for electoral reforms???
Shouldn't we ask for few laws related to elections may be through Law or Election comission..
1. Why would any party promise Freebies in diguise manner during elections in their manifesto & campaigning speeches?? Why they are allowed to do so..??
If distribution of cash & kind during election is crime under Law.. Then Why not any Law for such dreams & dream castles that Politicians build for luring innocent  & unaware Voters??
2. Post election Caolition shouldn't be allowed.. This will stop the voters from being cheated..
See if independent candidates & the small parties which voter choose, because He doesn't like two or more major parties.. And the same ; post election joins the fraudlent & discarded party..
  • Isn't the Voter being cheated??
Secondly if "Gadhbandhan" or coalition is to be done previous to elections - it may check two things-
Purchasing & selling of victorious candidates, post election..
Second, It will give clear idea to the voter, about the ideology & manifesto of the candidates.
Though there are many hurdles in doing so..
But yes, there is a inevitable need to have some reforms..
3.EVM -the electronic voting machine..
When big democracies & most sophisticated nations have discarded the method of casting vote, through EVM- with a reasoning that, it might have flaws & may be hacked etc..
They are still using Ballot papers..
Then-Why we the largest democracy with so much manpower & so much of JUGAD Rann Neeti is following this method??
4.Manifesto is generally overlooked by voters & the media too.. Just Star campaigning is being focussed upon nothing else in print & electronic media..
Say, if anyone goes to look upon the manifesto before selection of,a suitable candidate..
WHO will ensure the voter that the party would follow that MANIFESTO in its tenure..?
Here come the need to have some tool, may be a LAW which will ensure that the all promises made before election..or certain percentage of it, would be fulfilled during the term..may be,in  first year of governance.. The manifesto can be divided into time bound goals of the Govt. for this purpose.
Else, the election of candidate may be/should be declaired Void.
Though most of my view points may look unrealistic & utopian in nature..
But most of you would agree there is the need to have some check.. some laws & some electoral reforms.
Unless the Voter is AWARE of his Duties as a sensible citizen in Indian democracy & unless the voter is alert & has tools to fight back for his rights.
Celebrating VOTER'S DAY on 25th January every year- is mockery of Adult Franchise, nothing else!!
Voters are not commodities that can be sold or purchased using freebies..
Virtues, ethics & idelogies- aren't sellable product of a market..
This is the message that VOTERS need to send across the Nation!!
Then only We can read the slogan aloud
“Proud to be a voter – Ready to vote”..!!

Why Moong ki Dal ki pakori or Paush-bade in winters??

Moong dal pakoris consist of Moong dal whole n besan(chana dal power) & oil.(fat)
Out of above two dals Moong dal Whole is most easily digestible lentil.
Moong has 24.1gm of protein per 100 gm.It is packed with 13 essential amino acids which are needed by the body.

What does essential amino acids mean-Essential amino acids are "essential" not because they are more important to life than the others. These are Amino acids that body does not synthesize. So its essential to include them in one's diet in order to obtain them. The amino acids regarded as essential for humans are phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, methionine, leucine, lysine, histidine, cysteine, tyrosinen Arginine especially required by infants and growing children.

Moong n Chana are rich in EAA(essential amino acids.)
Combination of soaked moong + chana dal makes the Amino acids present in both compliment each other. The amount of Lysine content in Moong dal pakori is increased by combing two dals{Chana(Besan) n soaked Moong whole}
As Lysine is mostly the limiting Amino acid during absorption & utilization of proteins in body.
Limiting amino acid - is the essential amino acid found in the smallest quantity in the particular foodstuff)
Our bodies use amino acids in a specific ratio to each other, so if a person doesn’t get enough of one of them to match with the rest, the rest can only be used at a level to balance with that low one.
Most of these amino acids are fairly easy to get in a reasonably well-balanced diet. However, there are Eessential amino acids which generally act as limiting amino acid & that are a little harder to get than the rest.
Thus it is important to make sure you’re getting enough of these.
These are called limiting amino acids, because if a person’s diet is deficient in one of them, this will limit the usefulness of the others, even if those others are present in otherwise large enough quantities. These limiting amino acids include the sulfur-containing ones (methionine and cysteine), tryptophan, and lysine.

Hypothetical Explanation of  Limiting Amino acid

Hypothetical level Needed
Low Lysine intake
Limits usefullness of all

By looking at the chart we make out the green is the amount of each amino acid content in food. In second diagram the low lysine content Third represents the low lysine level -limits the utilization of SC,AROM,THR,VAL,TRY,ISL,LEU etc other amino acids.

Lysine is found in most cereal grains, but is plentiful in most pulses specially Chana. Chana /Bengal gram-raw: 6.69% of the protein is lysine.
Moong has 5.71 % of protein is lysine.
Thus due to combination of two dals in Pakoris the total lysine content of food stuff is increased.
L-Lysine is a necessary building block for all protein in the body.
L-Lysine plays a major role in
·        calcium absorption;
·        building muscle protein;
·        recovering from surgery or sports injuries; and
·        the body's production of hormones,
·        Enzymes and antibodies.
Human studies have also shown negative correlations between reduced lysine intake and anxiety.
The combination of besan which is rich in LYSINE (essential amino acid) with moong dal whole increases Biological value of protein in Moong dal pakoris.

Biological value (BV) is a measure of the proportion of absorbed protein from a food which becomes incorporated into the proteins of the organism's body. It summarizes how readily the broken down protein can be used in protein synthesis in the cells of the organism.

Now comes the third ingredient – Oil seed/cooking oil
When we fry Pakoras.Lots of oil is added to it.
The oil seeds are also rich in sulphur containing EAA-lysine n methionine.
This further enriches the Biological value of protein

Now last but not the least question arises- WHY we eat Moong Pakoras in winter???
During winter months the human body requirement of fats & proteins raises automatically due to factors
  • To sustain body temperature at normal more of adipose tissue needed. So high energy n high calorie food intake required
  • Fat deposits are made up by body underneath skin to provide a natural insulation to body, just to keep it warm.
  • In my earlier blog also I mentioned about the increase in Blood circulation needed due to lowered BMR during winters.. Same here, more heamoglobin synthesis would be needed. Globin part of heamoglobin is a transport PROTEIN thus more of Essential amino acids & proteins of high Biological Value.(BV) required.
  • The growth spurts in children; found in certain studies indicate- that in the months of Jan, Feb , March(Paush n Chaitra).. Tissue n muscles are built up process is more. It can be associated with low BMR n High acceptability of Energy rich food during these months
  • To cope up adverse environmental conditions & to maintain homeostasis in terms Body temperature .The daily requirement of Protien & fats during winters increase.
  • Also the cereal, oilseed, pulse &.legume combination.(Til laddu+moong pakori on Makar Sankranti) adds on to complimentary effect of  Essential Amino Acids.
  • Moong dal whole in abundant in roughage.. During winters as the general water intake of humans decreases because people feel less thirsty. Roughage helps in avoiding constipation due to dehydration effect of lesser water intake.
  • Certain Antibodies which are proteins themselves need EAA for their synthesis more in months of Winter. These antibodies are required by body to combat general sickness like cough n cold. Influenza, fever (flu) conjunctivitis etc.
  • Last is not a very major reason but still it is a prime reason- During winters the Sunlight availability to skin for synthesis of Vitamin D is less.If amount of Vit D is less there will be lesser calcium absorption. This may lead to body aches & bone malfunctioning etc. Here again lysine plays a major role in calcium absorption.
We may conclude again our Indian food practice of eating Moong Dal Pakori / Paush wadas in month of Paush or on Makar Sankranti were very logical.
Once scientific mind starts exploring reasons for a Indian practice –The results are amazing..
Lot of research still needed to find out a BIG REASON hiding behind each Indian food fad, custom n practice.
So GOD gifted us Moong. It is abundant & easily available in winter, due to its harvest.
And our ancestors developed a food practice of eating Moongdal ki pakoris on Makar sankranti!
Finally, I must say- Hats off to almighty & those who started food practices..
They can be termed as Prefect Nutritionists-Taste, economy, availability & festivity combined to provide excellent nutrition to society!!
Don’t forget to have  Moong dal n Its Pakoris on Makar Sankranti!!

Relish-Til ke Laddoo this Makar Sankranti.

Til ke laddoo
Til or Sesame seeds, since eras, North India's winter festivals are associated with the Gajak or Tilpatti or Til ke Laddo! Everyone used to consume Til & Gud in one form or the other during the winter season.
Have you ever thought why our ancestors made such Til & Jaggery(Gud) combination foods in WINTERS?
May be because there is crop of til & sugarcane during these months.
If we further investigate the reason why GOD gifted TIL to man..and why in this period of year only?
We reach to a more satisfying & amazing answer..
Through the investigation of nutritive value we find that Sesame seeds(TIL)are richest source of iron & Jaggery(GUD) a high energy food which is also rich in dietary iron.
Both of these foods are rich source of iron..! In fact Til is richest source of iron in Indian vegetarian foods..
Why Iron rich food in winters??
Studies reveal that During winters our BMR or basal metabolic rate is reduced.
What is BMR?-Is it merely a figure that we achieve during the full body analysis, on an electronic machine? or a figure on which your dietician puts a circle- saying you need to work-out harder to improve it..
But is not that insignifant. BMR is associated with the body's basic functions.. It's simplest guideline, for a nutritionist to estimate, that what type of body response will be, during the full session. By definition BMR or BASAL METABOLIC RATE is the minimum amount of energy required to sustain our life through involuntary activities in post absorptive state.
What happens if BMR gets reduced? If BMR gets reduced the amount of energy that we consume, more of it, gets converted into body's fat deposits rather than being utilized to sustain our normal healthy body functions. This will make us put on weight...!
Then, Why is BMR reduced? As body sees a emergency situation, arising during the cold months.. Brain advises body to store more fat for future use in crisis. As the invertebrates do during Hibernation. Secondly,Our body needs to do more effort to maintain the body temperature.. In this effort mind suggests, the body to accumulated the subcutanious Fat or we may say more of adipose tissue.. So,the body  may get a protective covering of natural fat blanket to protect us from cold..And during crisis this tissue could be broken down to fulfil energy requirement also.
Now what's the role of HIGH IRON & HIGH ENERGY foods?
If we believe in Indian food fads of "TAASIR" of foods then obviously TIL & GUD come in "warm foods" category .What we generally say "GARAM-TAASIR" in our day to day language.
Otherwise also during the low BMR days, our pulse rate & pumping of heart blood volume too gets lowered down, due to normal body feedback response. I'm not just saying this but studies reveal this fact.
When the rate of blood circulation gets reduced, the rate of oxygen supply to various parts of body too gets affected, that's a overt fact.
To overcome this situation body needs to multiply more of RBC's or the red blood cells.
Here come's the answer-To produce more RBC's which will have high haemoglobin(Haem is form of iron compound in Haemoglobin) which could carry more oxygen through the blood stream;
The body's need for energy & Iron(Haem) is elevated. And to acquire these two, there is need for humans to add Iron & Energy rich foods in their diet during winter months.
After analysing all  this reason behind the Til-patti or the Til ke Laddo.
Don't you too feel that our ancestors were genius..?
They used scientific foods in their day to day life?
Just there was a little difference in presentation of ideas. They utilised their knowledge well, but they didn't gave such reasoning. They might have thought people won't understand or they thought masses may not follow the idea, if it is not associated with some custom. So, they combined each required food with festivals.
Like they did with TIL & JAGGERY by associating with MAKAR SANKRANTI..!
Not only Til & Gud but "Moong ki dal ki pakodi's" on Makar Sankranti too have some logic behind it which I will try to reveal in my next article..

Diwali is best occasion to Take a Noble OATH!!

Lets take an Oath this Diwali!!
"We all must Say BIG NO to wasteful money expenditure on Crackers, enormous Electric lighting & unnecessary exchange of gifts."
Diwali is a Festival which is related to Faith n noble feeling

Please don't destroy its beauty, its meaning..

Row of lamps were lit to welcome Lord Ram! Who had an ideology of good governance- The RamRajya..
Festivals are meant to strengthen social bond.. to enjoy & were associated with social welfare.
"Deepako ki jhilmil is more aesthetic than loads of electric bulbs glaring our eyes".
Just calculate, how much money, do we waste ; during this festive season on Crackers? How much we add to pollution-both noise & air pollution? Also how much we add to undesirable accidents??
See OPD/emergency of hospitals. You can find out, single mishappening caused by being careless with firework or by drink & drive phenomenon-burns many hopes in these two-three days!
If you don't believe-be with doctors in emergency OPD.
I'm not against fireworks.. If someone really enjoys Crackers.. Then best way is we should do it at common place..on contributory basis.. So all haves n have-nots may enjoy it.. Ensure that,no more, children with less resources in their parents' hands, feel left out.
Just think..
We all run after expensive gifts to express our emotions during diwali time.. Tell me can't we express emotions with words.. by just being there to celebrate the festival together?
Then, we waste money on expensive adulterated sweets.. Which upset both our stomach & budget.
Can't we prepare few simple sweets at home, ourselves? Whats wrong in traditional sweets..?
Think, How many of us eat sweets, without a feeling of suspicion of getting ill next day.. How many of us don't know about the hiked level of food adulteration during festive season.. Then?whats the use in bringing home Mava etc..
We go through prolonged Power-cuts before diwali time, every year..Our country is deficit in Power sector.. Good, if we save electricity through Power cut.. But whats the use of wasting this hard saved Power over a long period of say 2-3 months on lighting, in just 2-3 days? Why we do that ?
दीपकों की झिलमिल से जगमगाती रंगोली looks more aesthetic than loads of electric bulbs,glairing our eyes. Isn't it?

We won't need money!!

In modern world everything is instant,readymade-many bring sticker & paste on floor.. Why can't we make

Gifts or say(Informal Bribe to maintain relations) is biggest expenditure, most of us do during festive season.. Why?
Isn't this a kind of corruption? If we want to give gifts then why to well off people..? Why to people who hold position/chair?

Last but not the least ...
झुक कर किसी बड़े से आशीर्वाद लेना हो तो, हम सब hesitate karte hai पर we enjoy sending text messages to far-far off relations.. Why?Can't we be little humble.
Gifts only create fuss , unless you don't know the choice of the person, you are going to gift something. You are just-going to invite a trouble.
Friends, we may add on to this list-many more useless expenditures we do during festive season..
I request all.. Lets take an oath today! We will not waste money!
We will save energy & money.. We will enlighten more homes around.. We may spend on medicine, food, clothing, education for poor & have-nots.
Though we can't eradicate all discrepancies but  Atleast we can try to reduce them .
Come & contribute your share to create a beautiful cummunity & world around!
Join hands !
Spread the word!

ARE YOU A COUCH- POTATO?

ARE YOU A COUCH- POTATO?

Most eating preferences are habits, influenced by a person’s lifestyle.

When TV viewing  replaced our entertainment options, it did not only revolutionise our free time activities, but also modified our eating habits to a large extent.
Family meals started moving around our favourite soaps. Playtime got reduced by cartoons.
Holiday treks were replaced by movies and popcorn.

* Research has linked excessive TV viewing to obesity especially in children.

The proverbial "couch potato" image is scientifically true.

*Research also suggests that we tend to eat more food and remember less about what we ate when we are busy watching TV.

So how does one get out of this habit?  Ideally switch off the TV, computer etc. and concentrate on just food while eating.
Do you Remember Indian saying-भोजन और भजन एकांत में करने चाहिए ? This is first key to success.
Second wayout can be have light n refreshing foods/ drinks like fruits, roasted namkeens, juices/limewater/Chhachh etc while your mind is focussed on Television soap.
I don't want you to just Switch off your Favourite Programme.
I just say we must eat food at proper time & in a proper manner.
I have a hard reason behind saying- we must concentrate on food only while eating it.
Whenever we see, smell & taste a food a Feedback to brain is send & Digestive juices are released in body which help in proper digestion of food n better utilisation of nutrients. If we eat food concentrating  on something else say TV/Computer. These Digestive juices aren't released & food remains undigested.. Which may end up in Heart burn.
Also If we eat food with concentration on TV-the feedback of satiety value of amoun of food reaches to brain:delayed. So we keep on eating extra food which is harmful to our health.
Sometimes if we prefer eating oily/fried food during our favourite programme watching.. This adds to Problem of OBESITY.
Timely meals n organised way of eating with concetration on food is Best way to keep yourself fit & healthy!
Being a Couch potato is dangerous state.. So wake up n change Life-style today!!

Banana.. The neglected Fruit...

Banana is one of the most abundant, easily available and inexpensive fruit in the Indian market. It is practically available throughout the year. This humble fruit can boast of having several health advantages. Here I list a few:

1. Keeps blood pressure in control- They have a high potassium content which is required to balance the high salts in our diets.

2. Soothe ulcers and heartburn-They have antacid properties and hence recommended for ulcers. A banana shake does wonders for the heartburn.

3. Helps to normalize your bowel movements-They are good for stool formation and are easily digested hence ripe bananas are very helpful in both diarrhea as well as constipation.

4. Combat hunger pangs- It makes you feel full but not lethargic. Way better than a bag of chips or cookies.

5. Cure hangovers- A banana and a tall glass of water takes out the sting of a hangover.

6. Makes you happy- It has known to stimulate neurotransmitters, which give you a feeling of happiness i.e. eating banana improves your mood.

7. No fuss fruit- No need to wash your hands or the fruit before consumption (as required for fruits like apple, pear etc.) ; no fussy peels like oranges ; easy to carry unlike melons, papaya, pineapple etc. Just peel it and enjoy the natural goodness.

8. Versatile- they can be consumed whole or as shakes, smoothies, ice-cream, chaat (a snack in India made of fruits and spices) etc. Raw banana is used as a vegetable in various parts of India.

Its amazing what a simple, easily and widely available fruit like banana can do for our health, but but Some PEOPLE with OBESITY, DIABETES, KIDNEY Diseases must take it with caution. Kindly consult your doctor / medical nutritionist before eating it.

You reap!! What you Plant!!

A successful business man was growing old and knew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business.
Instead of choosing one of his Directors or his children, he decided to do something different.
He called all the young executives in his company together.
He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO. I have decided to choose one of you.. "The young executives were Shocked.
Boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plant the seed, water it, and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you.
I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one
I choose will be the next CEO."
One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others, received a seed.. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow.
Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew.
Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by, still nothing.
By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a FAILURE.
Six months went by -- still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed.  Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however, he just kept watering and fertilizing the soil.
A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection.
Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot.
But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sick to his stomach, it was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right.
He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was amazed at
the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful -- in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed, a few felt sorry for him!
When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives.
Jim just tried to hide in the back.
"My, what great plants, trees and flowers you have grown," said the CEO.
"Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!"
CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered  Jim to be in front..Jim was terrified.
He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!"
The CEO asked him what had happened to his seed - Jim told him the story.
The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives,
"Behold your next Chief Executive Officer!
His name is Jim!" Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed.

"How could he be the new CEO?" others asked.
CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone-a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow.
Except Jim, All of you, when found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed. You all bought up beautiful plant.

Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the New Chief Executive Officer!"

If you plant honesty, you will reap trust
If you plant goodness, you will reap friends
If you plant humanity, you will reap greatness
If you plant perseverance, you will reap contentment
If you plant consideration, you will reap perspective
If you plant hard work, you will reap success
If you plant forgiveness, you will reap reconciliation

So, be careful what you plant now; it will determine what you will reap later.

LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED in Road of life's journey!

One of the most undesired thing in life is Addiction. All of us are addicted to one or other thing.Sometimes we even get addicted to convenience. We accept whatever is easily achievable in life.We even stop searching for anything better.. Leave all to the destiny with a hope.
As soon as we do so...Our wisdom & eagerness to explore, goes on vacations.

Our conscience never misleads us; but most of us ignore it because we don’t want to leave our “room of comfort” to explore into wilderness...
Life really is like a vicious circle every time we see an end; it’s not the end but Horizon where arises a Sun of new Hope & desire' to explore the world afresh…
Life is continuous journey.. No one actually knows WHY he or she is in this world?

We should keep moving on the way which we find perfect.. Sooner or later people would come & join us.Addiction should be to EXPLORE- Why are we sent in this world by Almighty & what unturned pages of life have in its store for us...
“To find what we seek in the road of life…
Best policy is-LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED”.
