Though I knew some of the details, your narrative is a bank of information which I or my family knew about. I do eat a handful of peanuts every evening without knowing the most of the rich nutrition it contained until now, eh! What about the skin? I didn't see any reference to that in your blog. Here, some so it is good while others say no. I eat it with the skin (I meant not the outer shell🙂)! Is raw better or roasted?? All along I have been eating the roasted version. Any suggestions there, Doc? Thanks for the enlightening post..!
