We have been great Inventors through out the history.
India has indispensable courage, manpower, intelligence & patience."

Which country in the world can't boast this? And is it even true in present context that all of above attributes are unique...? Please elaborate if you can...

"We have been trustworthy, ethical and committed workers in the world."

This has been the bane of India. Have you ever tried getting an honest to good service from a government office. It is next to impossible. In a country where breaking rules is socially acceptable. I doubt this assertion is even remotely true

"Today the very TECHNOLOGY of which USA boasts of is somehow a gift of Indians to US. Most technological fields have NRI. No sector of American economy is there, in which Indians don't play a KEY ROLE."

In US most of Indian workers and techies are considered coolie. More like a back-end offices than drivers of innovations. I am speaking from my experiences. I work in an US based MNC and I work across all global offices. My company do have Indians in key position, but only when they are unrecognizable from thei western counterparts. So again where fact is much weaker than assertions here.

"If we can make a country which has high rate of juvenile delinquency & illiteracy, A nation with lots of non-contributing Manpower(dependent population)- The USA.. A SUPER POWER.. Why can't we make ourselves THAT??"

We could only do that because US have far lesser juvenile delinquency & illiteracy. And it provides opportunities if we are good enough. In India being good enough is not even important to succeed. How well one in connected or resourceful (read JUGAADI) is far more important.

In my view if honest and intelligent people like you analyze what is ailing our country, rather than naively romanticizing, we stand a chance. Else we are not better than Goebbel's propaganda machinery. I am looking forward a response blog from you discussing betterment for our great nation, not just wishing it.Phaedrushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13685384935322831936noreply@blogger.com
